He was born in 1976 in Trabzon. He graduated from Istanbul Imam Hatip High School. He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the Middle East Technical University. He completed his master's degree at Indiana University Computer Science Department in the USA.
He also worked as a specialist at Florida State University as a researcher and system administrator at Indiana University's Pervasive Institute of Technology.
In 2005, he started to work at the Prime Ministry. He was appointed as the Prime Minister's Chief Advisor in 2011 and the Presidency's Chief Advisor in 2014, respectively. He got the title of Ambassador in 2016.
He was interested in high technology, computer technology and applications, defense industry, research and development during his chief advisor and other duties which was assigned by our Prime Minister and President.
He speaks English. He is married and has two children.
